Our Practice
Rainbow Bridge stems from the Atlas Yoga Studio and Teacher Training School in Cambridge, Ontario. Atlas is a beautiful, vibrant studio that has been training students and yoga teachers for over twenty years, and has a reputation for fostering a creative, heart-centred, student-focused practice.
The first and foremost goal of every Rainbow Bridge yoga class is to offer a safe experience, rooted in sound anatomical principles that meet current the standards-of-practice for group fitness instruction. Our playful classes invite students to truly make each practice their own in an effort to deepen their connection to breath, body and intuition. Our philosophy is that each student may create a practice that resonates with the truth of their own experience in their own body. We find ways in each practice to deepen our own connection to prana, and allow its expression in our own unique way. We invite you to take a look at our class descriptions or contact us to determine how and where we can begin practicing together.
